1. 5th + Broadway (day)

This is the perfect day time activity for anyone coming to Nashville! It has a bunch of cool shops including Ariat, Kendra Scott, the Nash Collection and Carhartt. In the same spot is Assembly Food Hall which has over 20 different eateries so there is quite literally, something for everyone. Be sure to check out The Pharmacy Burger for some of the best burgers in town! Don’t leave without grabbing a scoop at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream for dessert! From 5th + Broadway you can see the historic Ryman Auditorium and beautiful views from the top of Assembly Food Hall! This place has its own parking garage with easy access to the numerous shops and dining.

2. Broadway (night)

Lower Broadway is truly something unique and special to Nashville! The neon lights transport you to a different world! There are a dozen different bars that each have live music and are unique from the one next to them. Most of the bars are 21+ but some let minors in during the day. If you aren’t sure where to start, us locals can help you!

One great place to start is Wildhorse Saloon. They teach line dances Wednesday through Sunday from 1:00 – 9:30pm. We recommend the Pink Pony if you are looking for a specialty drink. Then, head down the road to Nashville Underground. Underground has a mechanical bull on the first floor but head up to the fourth floor and the rooftop for spectacular views of Broadway and Nissan Stadium plus a DJ. Several places let brides ride the mechanical bull for free! From there you can head on down into the heart of Broadway and there is really no place to go wrong. Nudies Honky Tonk is historic and the roof top at night is so much fun! Casa Rosa has great bands and a wonderful cantina all in the prettiest pink building. Jason Aldean’s is one of our favorites and always a good time. The choices are endless so bring your dancing shoes and get ready for an amazing night of your life!

3. White Limozeen at the Graduate Hotel (day)

Dolly Parton themed restaurant and bar? Say less! If you are a fan of all things Dolly, pink and Nashville, White Limozeen must be on your list to do! The restaurant and bar features specialty cocktails and uniquely fun decor. Walk out onto the roof top by the pool to take in the views and snap a picture with the famous Dolly Parton statue. Because of the bar’s popularity, reservations are needed and open 14 days out so be looking for open reservations often. If you are still looking for a hotel to stay in as well, the Graduate Hotel is absolutely beautiful and we highly recommend it!

4. 6th and Peabody (night)

Moonshine, giant tv screens and music oh my! Sit for a tasting of Ole Smoky moonshines or grab a flight to try from Yee Haw Brewing Company all in one spot. They also have Daddy’s Dogs and White Duck Taco Shop on site if you are looking for a bite to eat while there. Inside they have their tasting area and shop while outside they have corn hole and other yard games to play. Inside and out they also have live music. The place is both family and dog friendly. The atmosphere makes it such a fun place to hang out with your friends, enjoy a sports game, taste some moonshine or find your new favorite beer. This one is listed as a night time activity, but it really is a great spot any time during the day. 6th and Peabody is one of our favorite spots here in Nashville! We highly recommend the sour watermelon moonshine margarita.

5. 12 South (day)

If you are looking for a calm and family friendly day time activity, 12 South is the perfect place. The area has several gorgeous murals that make for perfect picture opportunities! It contains many different shops including Reese Witherspoon’s Draper James and several gorgeous boutiques. There are almost endless restaurant choices from Bar Taco featuring unique delicious tacos to the local’s beloved Edley’s Bar-B-Que. For sweets check out Five Daughters Bakery for 100 layered donuts and Christie Cookie Co. Be sure to stop by Frothy Monkey for some of the best coffee in town. We recommend the ice vanilla latte! Looking for something to drink, stop by the Filling Station and enjoy one of their dozen unique brews on tap while sitting on their patio or while you are walking.

6. Pins Mechanical Co. (night)

If you are not wanting to go downtown at night, Pins is a great place to check out. They have some of the coolest pinball machines and their duckpin lanes are great for any group! Try your hand at giant yard pong or bocce ball. Their cocktails come with anything from rock candy to popsicles in them. The atmosphere in Pins is amazing and so are the people. Located in the Gulch, the bar is 21+ after 8pm and they are open every day of the week.

7. Party Bus (day)

If your group loves to dance, wants to see the city and wants to do both while partying, the party bus is for you! Like tv commercials say, look no further. There are many different buses to chose from. There is everything from your traditional party bus to ones pulled by tractors to ones on the water! If you are a smaller party, look for a golf cart cruise or a pedal tour. Make sure to read what you need to bring with you as it varies based on which bus you chose.

8. The Grand Ole Opry (night)

Wanting to catch a unique concert while in town? The Grand Ole Opry is the best place to do so. The Opry house is gorgeous and each show features several world class performers. You get to see an array of singers all in one night and experience something truly unique to Nashville. Watching the singers step into the circle is a wonderful experience that we can not recommend enough. There is not a bad seat in the house nor a bad performance ever. They have shows nearly every night of the week making the Opry the perfect place to check out if you have a free night during your trip. Don’t forget to snap a picture with the giant guitars outside or stop by the Opry Mills mall right next to it.

9. Lip Lab (day)

Lip Lab is the perfect activity to do if you are looking to create something with your closest friends. You can fully customize a lipstick or a lip balm. This is an amazing way to create something unique to you for your special day! It is a great group activity to do with your bridesmaids and bond for your big day coming up. Lip Lab is by appointment only so be sure to make a reservation with them before you go! You can create a bundle of more than one lipstick or book a private party if you have a large group with added perks.

10. Arrington Vineyards (night)

The winery is located on the prettiest piece of property. They have several different tasting locations and various tasting packages to choose from. You can bring your own food to enjoy in their picnic areas while enjoying the view and parking is free. Most of the year they have live music on the weekends and the venue is family friendly. This place is also great at any time of day! While they are located 25 miles outside of Nashville, the drive is worth it for the gorgeous views and quality wine.

No matter the size of your group, the group’s interests or what reason brought you to Nashville, there is something extraordinary and unique for you to do here. From party buses to duck bowling, moonshine to murals, these Nashville activities will leave you with unforgettable experiences.
